Turn Argus on
Two codes run everything: one turns Argus on, one turns it off. Your phone always rings first; Argus only picks up the calls you don't.
First, two quick things
Vincent texts you a link with this already filled in. Got here on your own? No problem, it's on your setup card.
1This code turns Argus ON
Dial it once from your business phone. That's the whole setup.
📞 Tap to dial — turns Argus ON2And this is how you turn it off, whenever you want
Nothing to dial today, just screenshot it. Dialing this from your business phone puts everything back exactly how it was, instantly. No call to us, no waiting, works at 3am.
3Test it (2 minutes)
From a different phone, call your main business number and let it ring out. Argus answers with your company's name. Play a customer, then check your texts for the intake. That's the whole test.
How this actually works
- The ON code isn't a phone call, it's a rule. It tells your carrier: "when nobody picks up this line, send the call to Argus instead of voicemail." The rule lives in your carrier's network. Nothing is installed and your number never changes hands.
- Your phone always rings first. The rule only kicks in when you're busy or don't answer. During the day someone picks up, so Argus never hears daytime calls. Nights, weekends, and overflow roll to Argus instead of your voicemail box.
- The OFF code deletes the rule. The moment you dial it, your line works exactly like it did before Argus existed. That's why you're always in control: the switch is in your carrier's network and only your phone can flip it.
Dial codes vary by carrier and plan; we verify yours together on the setup call, so if a code doesn't take, that's normal, not broken. Questions any time: [email protected] or (347) 697-4474.
